PepsiCo Increases Annual Dividend by $0.14 to $2.06

The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. PEP declared a seven percent increase in the company's annual dividend, from the current annual rate of $1.92 to $2.06 per share on PepsiCo common stock. The quarterly dividend of $0.515 is payable June 30, 2011, to shareholders of record on June 3, 2011.
