JPMorgan Chase Declares Common Stock Dividend of $0.25

The Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase & Co. JPM today declared a quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on the outstanding shares of the corporation's common stock. The dividend is payable on July 31, 2011, to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 6, 2011.
