Donaldson Company Increases Quarterly Dividend by 15% to $0.15

Donaldson Company, Inc. DCI, announced today that its Board of Directors has increased the quarterly common stock cash dividend by 15 percent, from 13 cents per share to 15 cents per share. Donaldson had previously increased its dividend in November, bringing the total increase so far in fiscal 2011 to 20 percent.
