McKesson Increases Dividend by $0.02 to $0.20

The Board of Directors of McKesson Corporation MCK at its meeting today declared a regular dividend of twenty cents per share on Common Stock, a two cent increase from the prior quarter resulting from the previously announced change in the Corporation's dividend policy. The dividend will be payable on July 1, 2011, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2011.
