FedEx Corp. Board Increases Quarterly Dividend by $0.01 to $0.13

The Board of Directors of FedEx Corporation FDX today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on FedEx Corporation common stock, an increase of $0.01 per share over the previous dividend payment. The dividend is payable July 1, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 17, 2011.
