TreeHouse Foods, Inc. Reports Third Quarter EPS of $.68

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. THS today reported third quarter earnings of $24.9 million compared to $28.1 million last year. Earnings for the quarter were $0.68 per fully-diluted share compared to $0.85 per fully-diluted share in the third quarter of last year. On an adjusted basis, as described below, fully-diluted earnings per share improved 28% to $0.69 compared to $0.54 last year.
