Healthcare Realty Trust Reports Revenue Of $65 Million (HR)

Nashville, Tennessee based real estate investment trust Healthcare Realty Trust Inc. HR released financial results after the market closed on Monday. Healthcare Realty Trust Inc reported that its 3rd quarter FFO per share was 17 cents. Excluding special items, FFO was 32 cents per share. Revenue rose to $65.12 million, up from $62.33 million a year earlier. According to a survey of analysts by Thomson Reuters, the average Wall Street estimate called for earnings of 32 cents per share, on revenue of $67.68 million. Healthcare Realty Trust Inc.
