The Hackett Group Announces Third Quarter Results: EPS of $0.08

The Hackett Group, Inc. HCKT, a global strategic advisory and operations improvement consulting firm, today announced its financial results for the third quarter, which ended October 1, 2010. Third quarter 2010 revenue was $52.3 million, a 54% increase from the same period in 2009. Pro forma diluted earnings per share were $0.08 for the third quarter of 2010, as compared to $0.03 for the same period in 2009. Pro forma information is provided to enhance the understanding of the Company's financial performance and is reconciled to the Company's GAAP information in the accompanying tables. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.10 for the third quarter of 2010, as compared to $0.02 for the same period in 2009.
