NiSource (NYSE: NI) Reports EPS of $0.72 vs. $0.72 Estimate; Revenues $2.14 vs. $1.97B Estimate

NiSource Inc. NI today announced net operating earnings from continuing operations (non-GAAP) of $202.3 million, or $0.72 cents per share for the three months ended March 31, 2011, compared to $198.4 million, or $0.72 cents per share for the first quarter of 2010. Operating earnings for the quarter (non-GAAP) were $394.9 million compared to $405.2 million for the same period in 2010.
