SMART Modular Technologies reported Q3 EPS of $0.10 on revenues of $164.5 million. On a non-GAAP basis, net income was $7.1 million or $0.10 per diluted share for the third quarter of fiscal 2011, compared to $5.2 million or $0.08 per diluted share for the second quarter of fiscal 2011, and net income of $17.3 million or $0.26 per diluted share for the third quarter of fiscal 2010.
