Quest Diagnostics Inc DGX reported a 16% drop in its Q2 earnings.
Quest reported its quarterly profit at $163.1 million, or $1.02 per share, versus $194.7 million, or $1.07 per share, in the year-earlier quarter. Excluding acquisition-related expenses, Quest's earnings came in at $1.12 per share. Its revenue rose 1.5% to $1.9 billion. Analysts were expecting earnings of $1.12 per share on revenue of $1.92 billion.
DGX shares dropped 3.58% to $56.50 in pre-market trading.
