Facebook, Inc. FB said Monday it has changed the date it will release the company's second-quarter 2020 financial results to Thursday, July 30 due to a scheduling conflict.
The social media company was originally scheduled to report on Wednesday, July 29.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is scheduled to provide testimony before the House Judiciary Committee on July 29. Zuckerberg is expected to discuss online platforms and market power, according to the committee’s website.
The company said it will release its financial results after market close Thursday and will hold its conference call at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET on July 30.
Facebook shares were trading 0.99% higher at $232.99 at last check Monday. The stock has a 52-week range between $250.15 and $137.10.
