PulteGroup Q1 Results Exceed Expectations, Announces $1B Increase To Buyback Program

  • PulteGroup Inc PHM reported first-quarter FY23 total revenue growth of 13.5% year-over-year to $3.56 billion, beating the consensus of $3.27 billion.

  • Buyback: PulteGroup Board approved a $1 billion increase to its share repurchase authorization. This increase brings the total share repurchase authorization to $1.2 billion.
