ICC Extends Deadline for Arbitration Decision (MVG)

MAG Silver Corp. MVG announced today that it has received notification from the International Court of Arbitration that the deadline for a decision in the arbitration between MAG and its joint venture partner, Fresnillo plc, has been extended by the ICC from April 30, 2011 to May 31, 2011. MAG had previously reported that all procedural aspects of the arbitration were completed in December, 2010 and had been informed by the ICC that a decision would be announced by April 30, 2011.
