Eolas Technologies Announces JPMorgan Settlement in Patent Lawsuit

Internet technology provider Eolas Technologies Inc. has reached an agreement with JPMorgan Chase & Co. JPM to settle a Texas patent infringement lawsuit related to two Eolas patents that enable Internet browsers to host embedded interactive applications. The settlement resolves Eolas' legal claims against JPMorgan in Eolas Technologies Inc. v. Adobe Systems Inc., et al., No. 6:09-cv-446. The terms of the settlement are confidential. The lawsuit remains pending against several additional defendants.
