Northwest Pipe Company Names Scott Montross Chief Operating Officer and Richard Baum General Counsel

Northwest Pipe Company NWPX is pleased to announce two additions to our executive team. Scott Montross has joined as Chief Operating Officer and Richard Baum as General Counsel. Montross most recently served Evraz Inc. NA as Executive V.P. of the Flat Products Group with commercial and operational responsibilities for the Oregon Steel Division, Claymont Steel Division and the Regina Steel Division. Prior to Evraz, Montross was the V.P. Sales and Marketing for the former National Steel Corporation. "Scott brings extensive industry and operations experience to Northwest Pipe Company," said Richard Roman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Northwest Pipe Company. "We are excited to have Scott join our team." Montross is a graduate of Colgate University.
