AMAG Pharmaceuticals Announces Resignation of CFO

AMAG Pharmaceuticals, Inc. AMAG today announced that David Arkowitz, AMAG's executive vice president, chief financial officer and chief business officer, has resigned to pursue an opportunity at a private biofuels company. Mr. Arkowitz will remain with AMAG through June 24th.
