Catalyst Health Solutions Appoints Deirdre Kramer as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Catalyst Health Solutions, Inc. CHSI today announced that Hai Tran will step down as Chief Financial Officer effective July 15, 2011 to pursue other business opportunities. Deirdre Kramer, Corporate Controller and Senior Vice President, Finance, will serve as interim CFO following Mr. Tran's departure until a permanent successor is selected.
