Patterson Companies Names New Chief Information Officer

The Board of Directors of Patterson Companies, Inc. PDCO declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per diluted share on June 13, 2011, payable July 28, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 11, 2011. In another development, Ranell Hamm was named Patterson's Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Patterson, she was Senior Director of Clinical Information Delivery for UnitedHealth Group.
