Bluerock Residential Growth REIT Inc Class A BRG shares are trading higher by 5.26% to $26.70 Monday morning after the company said it expects to be acquired by Blackstone Real Estate around October 6th.

Bluerock Residential Growth said on Friday that the completion of the acquisition remains subject to the consummation of the spin-off, as well as the satisfaction or waiver of the other closing conditions in the merger agreement.

According to data from Benzinga Pro, Bluerock Residential Growth has a 52-week high of $27.48 and a 52-week low of $10.41.
