Lagardere Finalises Sale Of Magazine Businesses In Russia and Ukraine

Lagardere SCA LGDDF reported that it has finalised the sale of its magazine businesses in Russia and Ukraine to Hearst Corp. The deal in the Czech Republic and the UK are likely to be finalised over the coming days and in China by 2011 end.
