Constellation Energy Partners Announces Settlement in Alabama Lawsuit Now Effective

Constellation Energy Partners LLC CEP today announced that there were no appeals of the Circuit Court of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama order approving the settlement between the company, Trust Venture Company, LLC, and Torch Energy Royalty Trust. As a result, the settlement became effective by its terms on June 13, 2011.
