Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners, June 16th (UPV, XIV, NUGT, BAL)

ProShares Ultra MSCI Europe UPV led the decliners among the ETFs on Thursday, with a loss of 8.16%. UPV broke its two-day winning streak today. VelocityShares Daily Inverse VIX Short Term ETN XIV fell 5.28% today, and it closed at $152.32. This was the second consecutive trading session that XIV traded lower. Direxion Daily Gold Miners Bull 2X Shares NUGT lost 4.73% as Barrick Gold Corporation (USA) ABX dropped 1.93% and Goldcorp Inc. (USA) GG fell 3.22%. iPath Dow Jones-UBS Cotton Subindex Total Return ETN BAL traded lower on Thursday, along with cotton futures. BAL fell 4.57%, and it closed at $74.90.
