MOSAID Posts Submissions for Rights Plan Hearing

MOSAID Technologies Inc. MSD has posted to its website its submissions to the Ontario Securities Commission in response to the application by Wi-LAN Inc. WILN to cease trade MOSAID's Shareholder Rights Plan. MOSAID continues to advise its shareholders not to tender to Wi-LAN's inadequate offer, and to withdraw any shares that have already been tendered.
