Clariant Reports 26% Drop In Q3 Net Profit

Clariant AG CLZNY reported a 26% decline in its Q3 net profit. Clariant's quarterly net profit declined to CHF81 million, from CHF109 million, in the year-ago period. Its revenue rose to CHF1.87 billion from CHF1.71 billion. However, analysts were expecting a net profit of CHF34.2 million on revenue of CHF1.77 billion.
