Centrica PLC CPYYY reported that its North American subsidiary Direct Energy has bought Vectren Source from Vectren Corporation VVC for $39 million in cash, plus additional working capital.
CPYYY shares closed at $17.82 on Friday, while VVC shares closed at $30.23 on Friday.
