Sumitomo Reports 0.5% Rise In Net Profit

Sumitomo Corp SSUMY reported a 0.5% y/y rise in its net profit for the nine-month period ended December. Sumitomo posted a net profit of Y67.6 billion for the period, versus a year-ago profit of Y67.3 billion. Sumitomo shares closed at $14.54 yesterday.
