Lukoil Q4 Net Profit Declines 39%

OAO Lukoil Holdings LUKOY reported a 39% drop in its fourth-quarter net profit. Lukoil's quarterly net profit declined to $1.35 billion, from $2.19 billion, in the year-ago period. However, analysts were expecting a net profit of $2.64 billion. Lukoil's revenue for the full year surged 27% to $133.65 billion from $104.96 billion. Its earnings before interest, taxation, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) climbed to $18.61 billion from $16.05 billion. Lukoil's shares closed at $63.75 yesterday.
