ProSieben Q2 Net Profit Up 2.6%

ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG PBSFY reported a rise in its net profit for the second quarter. ProSieben's quarterly net profit climbed to 83.9 million euro ($102 million), missing analysts' estimates of EUR113 million. Its sales rose 4.5% y/y to EUR723.3 million, beating analysts' estimates of EUR718 million. ProSieben's undiluted earnings per share came in at EUR0.58, versus EUR0.45, in the year-ago period. Its recurring EBITDA gained to EUR243.5 million, from EUR238.7 million.
