Computershare Annual Net Profit Down 41%

Computershare Ltd CMSQY reported a 41% drop in its annual net profit. Computershare's net profit for the period declined to US$156.5 million, versus US$264.1 million, in the year-ago period. Management-adjusted net profit dropped to US$272.8 million, versus US$309.3 million. Computershare shares closed at $8.10 yesterday.
