National Australia Bank Posts Flat Q3 Earnings

National Australia Bank Ltd NABZY reported flat profit in the third quarter. The bank's quarterly unaudited net profit came in at 1.2 billion Australian dollars (US$1.26 billion). Its quarterly cash earnings came in at A$1.4 billion, unchanged versus a year-ago period and down from analysts' estimates of A$1.47 billion. National Australia Bank shares dropped 1.16% to close at $26.40 yesterday.
