Salzgitter Posts Q3 Loss

Salzgitter AG SZGPY posted a loss in the third quarter. Salzgitter posted a quarterly loss of EUR25.7 million, versus a year-ago profit of EUR21 million. Its earnings before interest and taxes dropped to EUR2.6 million, from EUR62.2 million. Salzgitter posted a quarterly loss of EUR0.49 per share, versus a year-ago profit of EUR0.36 per share. Salzgitter shares closed at $4.22 yesterday.
