SingTel FQ3 Profit Down 8.3%

Singapore Telecommunications SGAPY reported an 8.3% drop in its fiscal third-quarter net profit. SingTel's quarterly net profit fell to 827.1 million Singapore dollars ($669.4 million), from S$902 million, in the year-ago period. Its revenue dropped 4.8% to S$4.6 billion. SingTel shares closed at $29.25 yesterday.
