Corus Posts Higher Q3 Profit

Canadian company Corus Entertainment CJREF reported a strong rise in its third-quarter profit. Corus Entertainment's quarterly net income attributable to shareholders surged to C$89.9 million ($85.5 million), or C$1.07 a share, versus C$43.2 million, or 51 Canadian cents a share, in the year-ago period. Corus Entertainment shares closed at $23.51 yesterday.
