Swisscom Q2 Net Profit Drops 6.8%

Swisscom AG SCMWY posted a 6.8% decline in its second-quarter profit. Swisscom's quarterly net profit dropped to CHF427 million, from CHF458 million, in the year-earlier period. Its revenue rose 1% to CHF2.86 billion. Swisscom shares closed at $44.69 yesterday.
