Direxion Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (ETF) TZA traded higher for the second trading session in a row, as the Russell 2000 Index fell 1.68%. TZA gained 4.87%, and closed at $31.65. DB Agriculture Double Long ETN DAG jumped 4.00%, as wheat continues to make new highs. Drought in Russia could halve its exports, and SovEcon believes that the shipments to Latin America, Indonesia and Bangladesh will be cut the most. Direxion Daily Mid Cap Bear 3X Shares(ETF) MWN added 3.02%, on the weakness of the Russell Mid-cap Index. MWN had a volume of 151K traded shares. ProShares UltraShort Semiconductors(ETF) SSG jumped 2.80% as semiconductor stocks struggled. Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD dropped 2.80% today, while Intel Corporation INTC lost 1.16%.
