The semiconductor stocks struggled today, and Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. AMD was one of the worst performers in the space with a decline of 7.95%. Intel Corporation INTC traded lower too. Direxion Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (ETF) TZA gained 5.53% today, as the Russell 2000 Index fell 2%. TZA had a solid volume today, with 20.88M traded shares. ProShares UltraShort FTSE/Xinhua China 25 FXP jumped 4.31%, as China Mobile Ltd. (ADR) CHL fell 1.16%. PetroChina Company Limited (ADR) PTR dropped 1.80%, and closed at $114.45.
