Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners (AGQ, ERX, DIG, EWP)

ProShares Ultra Silver (ETF) AGQ dropped 3.68%, as the silver futures struggled today. AGQ closed at $57.55, and had a volume of 369K shares. Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X Shares (ETF) ERX traded lower along with the energy stocks. ERX fell 3.60%, and closed at $26.79. In the space, Halliburton Company HAL dropped 2.59%, and closed at $27.82. Crude oil struggled today, and so did ProShares Ultra Oil & Gas (ETF) DIG. DIG fell 2.41%, and had a volume of 1.35M traded shares. iShares MSCI Spain Index (ETF) EWP traded lower today, and lost 2.16%. EWP was hurt by the declining prices in Banco Santander, S.A. (ADR) STD and Telefonica S.A. (ADR) TEF. Banco Santander (STD) fell 2.01%, and Telefonica (TEF) dropped 1.66%.
