Rambus RMBS climbed 4.90% to $12.97 after the company raised its Q2 sales forecast. Qualcomm QCOM will be integrating the CryptoManager Security Engine into its chips, according to Rambus. Prospect Capital PSEC shares rose 4.23% to $10.24 after the company announced no restatement of historical financial statements. H&R Block HRB gained 3.35% to $31.76 after the company reported upbeat fiscal fourth-quarter earnings. H&R Block's quarterly net income rose to $929.1 million, or $3.36 per share, versus a year-ago profit of $688.9 million or $2.51 per share.
