Freeman Joins QNB Bank as President/COO

Today the Board of Directors of QNB Corp. (QNBC) and QNB Bank announced the appointment of David W. Freeman as President of QNB Corp. and President/Chief Operating Officer of QNB Bank. Thomas J. Bisko will retain the title and position of Chief Executive Officer. Bisko stated, "David Freeman is a conscientious community banker with over 30 years experience in the banking industry. We are fortunate to have him join our management team."
