Homebuilders Under Pressure Following KB Home Earnings Miss

KB Home KBH reported third quarter 2014 earnings Wednesday, missing analysts EPS estimates by $0.12, or 30 percent, and missing revenue estimates by $57 million, or 8.9 percent.

Amid the earnings miss, homebuilders are seeing pressure Wednesday morning.

• The Ryland Group, Inc. RYL -  down 1 percent.
• Lennar Corporation LEN - down 0.45 percent.
• D. R. Horton, Inc. DHI - down 0.28 percent.
• Toll Brothers Inc TOLL - down 0.34 percent.
