ARC Group WorldWide ARCW shares slipped 33.11% to $11.29 after the company reported downbeat fiscal fourth-quarter earnings and issued a weak Q1 revenue forecast. Kofax KFX shares tumbled 22.75% to $6.01 after the company issued a downbeat Q1 forecast and lowered its FY15 outlook. E2open EOPN dropped 14.43% to $7.89 after the company issued a weak outlook. Orbit International ORBT shares dropped 13.50% to $2.37 after the company reported its intention to voluntarily delist its shares from the NASDAQ. The company will deregister its shares with the SEC. The Gap GPS shares declined 12.22% to $36.78 after the company announced the retirement of its Chairman and Chief Executive Glenn Murphy. The company named Art Peck as its new CEO and Bob Fisher as its new chairman. Gap also said same-store sales came in flat in September. Analysts at Sterne Agee downgraded Gap from Buy to Neutral and lowered the price target from $52 to $40. K12 LRN shares dipped 8.11% to $14.69 after the company announced financial guidance for full year and first quarter of fiscal 2015. Hubbell (NYSE: HUB-B) fell 7.41% to $115.00 after the company lowered its forecast. Advanced Micro Devices AMD shares dipped 4.42% to $3.14 after the company appointed Dr. Lisa Su as President and CEO. Analysts at Wedbush downgraded Advanced Micro Devices from Outperform to Neutral and lowered the price target from $6 to $3.
