Accuride reported a Q1 loss of $0.01per share on revenue of $183.7 million. Applied Materials, Inc. AMAT shares fell 7.34 percent to $20.20 following the announcement of termination of business combination agreement with TOKYO ELECTRON LTD TOELY. Deutsche Bank AG (USA) DB shares slipped 4.23 percent to $32.81 on the announcement of business strategy. Deutsche Bank will spinoff Postbank branches in Germany via IPO. Marvell Technology Group Ltd. MRVL shares dropped 1.15 percent to $14.14. Marvell Technology said Q1 revenue will be below its earlier forecast.
