Navient Corp NAVI shares dropped 9.97 percent to $16.53 after the company issued a weak earnings forecast for its second quarter and lowered its guidance for the year. Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. TNXP tumbled 8.74 percent to $7.52 after the company priced its 2.325 million underwritten public offering at $7.50 per share. Spirit Airlines Incorporated SAVE shares dipped 7.63 percent to $58.69. Spirit Airlines reported a 25.1 percent rise in its June 2015 traffic and lowered its FY15 outlook.
