SolarWindow 'Not The Company' Portrayed By TheStreetSweeper

According to TheStreetSweeper's Sonya Colberg, Solarwindow Technologies Inc WNDW, a developer of electricity-generating SolarWindow coatings, is a company that has "not yet commercialized a single product" despite having been in existence since 1998.

Colberg's short thesis on SolarWindow Technologies further argued that "the Wizard of Oz could not have conjured up a company less likely to deliver a financial rainbow to investors than SolarWindow Technologies."

Colberg also profiled a SolarWindow investor, Harmel S. Rayat.

Rayat: TheStreetSweeper Report 'Grossly Mischaracterizes Positive Business Events'

Harmel Rayat commented on TheStreetSweeper's report in a blog post.

According to Rayat, the report "grossly mischaracterizes positive business events as nefariously "shocking claims" about a company that I proudly and transparently invest in." He added that Colberg also "calls into question my integrity as a businessman and entrepreneur."

Rayat continued that SolarWindow's business "is developing the world's first of its kind technology to generate electricity on transparent glass that will provide customers with clean electricity-generating solutions that make economic sense."

Finally, Rayat suggested that TheStreetSweeper's report has only one purpose: "drive down the value of SolarWindow and line its own pockets through short-selling."

"I can definitely state that SolarWindow, and its innovators, inventors, and entrepreneurs, are not the company and people portrayed by Colberg," Rayat concluded. "Although I am not an officer or director of SolarWindow and do not purport to make statements in this response on its behalf, I am, however, a significant and long-term shareholder who is confident that you will rightfully see SolarWindow as a company that is inventing the future."
