GBAB Declares Initial Monthly Dividend of $0.117

Guggenheim Build America Bonds Managed Duration Trust GBAB has declared its initial monthly dividend of $0.1170 per share. This represents an annualized distribution rate of 7.89% based upon the closing market price of $17.79 on December 21, 2010 and an annualized 7.02% distribution rate based on the initial offering price of $20.00 on October 26, 2010.
