The Taiwan Fund, Inc. Confirms Dividend of $0.08/sh

The Taiwan Fund, Inc. TWN confirms the amount of the previously announced distribution of $0.08148 per share comprised entirely of net investment income. The dividend will be payable on January 6, 2011, to the stockholders of record at the close of business on December 30, 2010.
