Merriman Holdings Appoints Jack Thrift as CFO

, today announced that Jack Thrift has been hired as chief financial officer of the holding company and broker-dealer, Merriman Capital, Inc., effective Monday, January 24, 2011. Thrift replaces Peter V. Coleman, who will continue to work for Merriman on a consulting basis.
