Multiband Raises Q4 Revenue Guidance to $255M - $258M

Multiband Corporation, MBND today announced that it expects fourth quarter and full year 2010 revenues and EBITDA for the period ended December 31, 2010, to exceed previously announced guidance.

Guidance previously provided in the Company's third quarter financial results press release and conference call on November 11, 2010 included:

2010 EBITDA guidance of $18 - $20 million

Revenue guidance of approximately $255 - $258 million
