The Maker Of P90X And Fitness Pioneer Has Undergone A Transformation Of Its Own

Mark Goldston, Executive Chairman of The Beachbody Company BODI, recently presented at Benzinga's Virtual HealthCare Summit 2024.

Now known as BODi, the company has been innovating structured step-by-step home fitness and nutrition programs for 25 years such as P90X, Insanity and 21-Day Fix. The company also offers a superfood nutrition supplement, Shakeology, and many other supplements. 

The company says it is dedicated to making the country healthier and increasing not just life span but "health span."
